Quick Screening for Lifelong Fitness

Whether fitness or healthcare professionals, we all want the same thing. We want to see those in our care healthy and doing what they love to do for as long as possible. But we also recognize that this doesn’t always happen. In fact, we know that most people will experience pain or injury before ever reaching their health and fitness goals.  So, what do we do? How do we help our clients and patients achieve longevity, resiliency, and durability? We work together. We empower individuals physically by removing their specific barriers to fitness and exercise. And we do this by using a quick screen to determine exactly what each unique person needs the most. Performing exercise is actually one of the greatest risk factors for injury. But we know that exercise isn’t the problem. Rather the choice of exercise or the timing of exercise may be to blame. Screening allows seamless continuity between rehab and fitness and therefore can create lifelong clients and patients. It is through screening that we change our clients, educate the community, and inspire activity throughout the lifespan.
